Each order is carefully prepared and processed within 24 business hours of receipt.

As soon as your order is handed over to our courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your Babuzz on their way to your home.

For shipments within Italy, the cost is €8.00.
Delivery times are generally 2 business days, while deliveries to islands may take up to 3 business days, starting from when the order is handed over to the courier.

Personalized items require additional production time; in these cases, shipping may take up to 7 business days.
