CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, with the exception of customized items.

Also note only unused/unworn items in their original packaging can be returned.

• Send an email to and write RETURN in the subject of the email.

Add your name, surname and the order number. Indicate the reason for your return.

• If your request is accepted, you’ll receive an email with all the information to return your package. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Remember, you have 14 days to return the item from the time of delivery.

The shipping costs will be borne by the customer, but we’re at your disposal to help you during the return stages.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOMIZED ITEM?

Personalized items cannot be returned.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes. Remember however that the fastest and easiest way to exchange your item is to make a return request and, once accepted, proceed with a new order for the desired item.

REFUND

We’ll notify you by email as soon as we have reviewed your return request. We’ll follow confirmation of the refund by email.

The refund will be made with the same payment method used for purchase.

Kindly note repayment times may vary depending on your bank, payment method, etc.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Your order cannot be canceled once payment has been made. Please refer to instructions on exchanges, returns and refunds.

All items are shipped with BRT.

Processing times for your order vary according to the item you purchased.

3/5 days for non-personalized products.

10/14 days for customized products and BaBags.

IS MY ITEM DEFECTIVE?

Each Le Babuzz product is unique and any small irregularities are the result of an artisanal creation process. Please check the order as soon as it is received and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and we’ll get to work on solving your problem together

If your Friulian velvet has any apparent imperfections or marks, don’t worry , just wear them for a few days to allow the fabric to return to its original appearance.

CAN I WASH MY FRIULIANS IN THE MACHINE?

Yes, you can wash your Friulian in the washing machine at 30 degrees with a mild detergent. Wring them out with a light spin cycle. Please don’t put them in the dryer.

We recommend that you wash your personalized Friulian (embroidery or jeweled) by hand with a mild detergent.
